Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Corporate Brand and Marketing Manager to join their client's team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role will serve as the primary U.S.-based brand and marketing lead, working closely with global marketing teams to execute high-impact brand initiatives, integrated campaigns, and strategic marketing projects. The Corporate Brand and Marketing Manager will act as a vital connector between regional business stakeholders and the global brand function, ensuring that local priorities are effectively supported while maintaining enterprise-wide brand consistency.

This position is ideal for a relationship-driven marketing professional with strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures. The successful candidate will take ownership of brand management activities, oversee marketing initiatives from concept through delivery, and provide strategic guidance on brand governance, campaign execution, and marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

Brand Management & Governance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related guidance and support across the organization.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards, visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all marketing and communications materials.
  • Review and approve marketing collateral to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain regional brand assets, templates, and guidance materials.
  • Identify brand risks or inconsistencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Oversee branded merchandise and promotional materials, including vendor coordination and inventory management.

Marketing & Project Leadership

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Manage projects from initial briefing through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Advise stakeholders on effective marketing approaches, content strategies, communication channels, and campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate the production of creative assets across digital, print, presentation, and multimedia channels.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives while addressing local market needs.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and proofreading of materials before delivery.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate planning sessions and project discussions to gather requirements, align expectations, and define deliverables.
  • Partner closely with business development, communications, digital marketing, events, and creative teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to adapt and execute campaigns while maintaining enterprise brand consistency.
  • Act as a central resource for coordinating priorities, managing expectations, and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Workflow & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with internal creative resources to prioritize projects, manage workflow, and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation and workflow systems to improve visibility and communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support implementation of new approaches that enhance collaboration, scalability, and project execution.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, corporate marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end marketing and branding projects within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong preference for in-house corporate marketing experience; professional services experience is advantageous.
  • Experience working within established brand frameworks and governance structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is a plus.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional Details

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience
